Virabhadrasana II | Warrior Pose II |
Parsvottanasana, catching the elbows | Pyramid / Side Intense Stretch Pose |
Uttanasana I, hands on ledge | Standing Forward Fold |
Virasana and Virasana forward bend | Hero pose |
Gomukhasana, arms only | Cow Face Pose |
Sarvangasana | Shoulder Stand Pose |
Ardha Halasana | Half Plow Pose |
Savasana I | Corpse Pose |
Rest in Uttanasana I after Virabhadrasana I.
Before doing Sarvangasana, lie down and stretch.
In Savasana, learn to lie straight.
